Our primary goal is get your merchandise to you as safely and quickly as possible. Listed below is some basic information about our shipping policies:
Orders generally ship within 48-72 hours, though some items may take longer, especially during peak times. Shipping is calculated during time of checkout and we offer you the option of selecting a preferred shipping speed. Your shipping selection does not impact how quickly your order leaves our warehouse, but the actual time your order is likely to be transit. We use USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex and will select a carrier based on the shipping option you selected, your location, and the items you ordered. Our goal is the fastest, safest and most efficient delivery of your items. We can't be responsible for shipping delays once your package has left our warehouse. We happily ship to APO addresses, though we don't ship any other orders internationally.
Need faster shipping?
We can usually do it! On the last page of our online order form, just before you submit your order, you will see an area for "Special Instructions" where you can indicate a "must-have by date." If any additional charges apply, we'll give you a call or shoot you an email to get your approval.

Order Confirmations and Order Receipts An order confirmation and receipt are e-mailed to you shortly after you place your order. Please be aware some "spam blockers" block these receipts.
Shipping Notification You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped and depending on the type of shipping you selected, you will receive a tracking number. You may also check the status of your order anytime by emailing or calling us.
Returns and exchanges are simple and hassle-free at FoamRollers.com!
FoamRollers.com takes pride in our products and we emphasize quality control throughout the production and shipping process. If, however, you receive a product that is defective, please let us know right away so that we can send you a replacement and an apology.
If you receive an item and change your mind about wanting the item, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in original and unused condition.
Before you return a product to us, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Shipping/handling is not refundable and returns may incur a restocking fee to cover processing costs. Outbound shipping costs are charged on returned orders that were shipped free.
When returning a product to us, please use a self-funded method of shipping that will ensure delivery confirmation as we can't be responsible for lost packages. Your credit card will be promptly credited once we receive the item back and inspect it. We'll email you to confirm your refund.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed as our fulfillment process begins immediately.
Customers who provide us with incorrect shipping information and whose merchandise is returned as "undeliverable" must pay a re-shipping charge if the item is returned to us and you ask that it be re-sent to you.
Returned or "bounced" checks will result in a bank fee, which is payable only through money order or certified check.
We remind our customers during the online check-out process, receipts and via our packing slips that charges associated with your purchases at FoamRollers.com will appear under the name "Precision Marketing Solutions, Inc.," our parent company. If you do not recognize these charges when your bill comes in and dispute the charges with your credit card company without calling us, you will be responsible for the bank fee we are assessed for this action.
We give you a choice of shipping options at checkout, though we reserve the right to change carriers/methods if such change will result in the faster, safer or more efficient delivery of your merchandise. We can't be responsible for shipping delays once your items have left our warehouse.
FoamRollers.com is not responsible for typographical errors on our site and we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
All sales at FoamRollers.com are governed by New York State law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. By placing an order on our site, you explicitly agree to all of our terms and conditions.
